SHIPPING

For Canada:
Flat rate of $6 for shipping to Canada. Free shipping on orders over $50 before tax.
Orders are processed and shipped through Monday to Friday within 2 business days except Canada holidays. Orders are shipped with Canada Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you once orders are shipped. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. Please allow 2-7 business days for the package to be delivered. 

For the United States:
Flat rate of $10 for shipping to the US. Free shipping on orders over $75. 
Orders are processed and shipped through Monday to Friday within 2 business days except Canada holidays. Orders are shipped with USPS and UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once orders are shipped. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. Please allow 7-14 business days for the package to be delivered. 
Any customs/import duties and fees are the sole responsibility of the customers. 

For International: (Outside of Canada & US) 
Flat rate of $15 on Standard International shipping. Free shipping on orders over $200. Delivery time can take up to 21 business days depends on the location.

Express shipping rate is calculated based on the weight of the package and the country of destination. Delivery time will take 2-4 business days pending Customs. The shipping rate will be calculated at the checkout. Free shipping does not apply to Express shipping.

RETURNS

Goodnight Beauty is committed to make sure you love every order from us. If you wish to return the products, we accept returns within 7 days upon receipt of the orders, according to the delivery date on the tracking record. Send us an email at hello@goodnightbeauty.com with you name, order number, product(s) you wish to return and reason(s) of the returns. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and unopened in their original packaging. We'll be happy to issue a refund to your original method of payment. However, we are unable to refund the shipping charges.

Returns for Face Rollers are not accepted due to the nature of the product and for sanitary reason. If product received is damaged, please take a picture and email us at hello@goodnightbeauty.com within 7 days.

We do not process exchanges. Returns will be refunded in your original method of payment. The original shipping fees are not refundable and the return shipping cost is at your expense. Return package remains your responsibility until it is received by our team. 

For any discrepancy order, please email hello@goodnightbeauty.com within 7 days after receiving the order. Goodnight Beauty is not liable to any discrepancies reported after 7 days of receipt. 

Black Friday Kits are final sale. Returns will not be accepted.

If products are damaged upon receipt, please take a picture and contact us immediately at hello@goodnightbeauty.com for further instructions.  

LOST ORDERS

If your order shows as delivered and you have not received the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly with the tracking number provided. We are not responsible for lost orders.
